Returns

We are proud of our product offerings and stand behind them 100%. If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase you may exchange it for other merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be in saleable condition and accompanied by the receipt.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise only. Unfortunately we cannot redeem them via the website. To use one for an online you would need to order products by telephone or email, and then mail in the certificate.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for deliver of most items. We usually ship via US Postal service. If you would like us to ship via some different method please contact us.

Please note that the shipping and handling fees charged by our website shopping cart are for US customers only. If you are outside of the US, we may contact you about additional fees before we can ship your order.
