Minstrel by Trade and a Fool in my Spare Time

Efenwealt says... After toying with the idea for years and trying to find the right people, equipment, and music, the world finally became fit for my first CD. I tried to assemble the best of my original work, plus a few songs that have sort of become "mine" over the years. What you get is something silly without being too obscene, and serious without being too introverted.

We did all the recording over Memorial Day weekend 1999 in Winston-Salem, NC. My friend Elf volunteered a borrowed 8-track DAT, engineering expertise and her parents' acoustically cool house. Our friends (also her extended family) Oshi, Sine, Susan, and Kit lent some backing vocals, silly noises, support, food and smiles. I love you guys!
