Birthdays at Camelot Treasures

We are available to host birthday parties of many sorts. Themes include: Pirates, Harry Potter, Knights, Princesses, Fairies, Princess Tea Party,  Fairy Tea Party, Mad Hatter tea party. Our parties are customized for each child. Appropriate for ages 4-up. We will tailor games and activities to suit the age group, theme and child’s preferences. Adult birthdays are fun here too!

You bring: the cake (or we can pick one up for you at Harris Teeter for their regular price) and any other food or drinks you would like. We can supply juice boxes for 30¢ each.

The Basic Camelot Party

Weekdays During regular store hours.   1 hour 45 minutes.
Suggested times during the week: 10am, 12:30 pm, 3pm, 5:30pm
Cost is $150* for up to 12 guests (add $10 each for additional children)
$50 non-refundable deposit due at booking, remainder due on day of party.

Add-Ons!

• Deluxe craft - like the Melissa and Doug paint and decorate it yourself kits (appropriate for knights, princesses and pirates). Or other deluxe craft  add $5 each child.
• Add a  costume accessory for each guest : princess hat/wand/feather boa, pirate hat/bandana/eyepatch, wizard hat/mini sorting hat/harry’s glasses/snitch And more- available for 10% off regular store prices. Great Take Home item!
• Goody Bags available for variable cost- depending on what you’d like in them. Discuss options with Kirsten.  She is really good at putting these together!

For a more private Before or After-Hours party, please add $50. Times for private parties are:  6pm Saturday, 11am Sunday mornings and 5pm Sunday evening.

Chainmail party!

We provide metal links and instruction on making a chainmail bracelet. Each kit comes with instructions in case they don’t finish at the party. Each guest should bring 2 pairs of needle nosed pliers if possible. Loaner sets will be on hand as well.

Harry Potter Potions Party

Watch really cool potions being concocted and some awesome science related tricks. Concoct your own potion for drinking!  Take home Dragon Bogeys and slime that you make yourself and  more!

$150 weekdays  90 minutes, Limit 12 kids

Jewelry Making Party

Make a pair of earrings or a bracelet.  Supplies will be furnished, bring needle nosed pliers if possible.

$150  weekdays. 1 hour, 45 minutes.   limit 6 kids

The Castle Ball Party!

Guests will be taught how to do a number of simple medieval and renaissance dances  and a few simple games of the period as well. This party works best with equal numbers of boys and girls that aren’t afraid to hold hands and might like to dance.
